Dip in inside lane m4 eastbound near m4 b 122 marker

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3581397.

Looks like a sink hole may be developing in the inside lane. Advise a drive past to check. Just after the marker m4 b 122. Noticed this morning on my way to work Could be a hazard to hgvs
