Incorrect timing with traffic lights

For 2 days ih a row there are long delays in junction 20 of the M25. It seems to be caused by incorrect timing with the traffic lights in the wrong amount. I approach Kings Langley anticlockwise but my colleagues in the office are having the same issues clockwise. This is going to cause an accident as what it used to take 5 mins it takes now half an hour and some drivers are just trying to take the junction in the last minute. I have seen a couple of dangerous incidents this morning.
