'No stopping except in emergency' sign damaged southbound of the BP Garage at A11 Besthorpe where hashed layby

This road sign has the pole knocked down and the sign broken off due to a single vehicle RTC on 02/06/2022, which Norfolk police attended CAD NC-02062022-37 refers.
