Road sign/Lane markings for A28/A20 incorrect

Road sign states lanes are A28 | A20 | M20/A2070

Lane ARROWS state A28 | A28/A20/M20 | M20/A2070 (Straight on | Straight On/Right | Right)

Lane TEXT state A28/A20 | A20/M20 | A2070/M20

The road text on the left hand lane states it can be used for A20 which causes many near misses and accidents as the middle lane can be used for A28 access.
