M18 litter mown though on central verge

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3560440.

Extensive Litter has been mown through instead of being picked between junction 1 to 2 M18 in the last few weeks. Why is litter not being picked up on this section of the network ever? It is not like this on the A1(M) so why on this section?
