Big potholes westbound m4 between junction 14 and 15

• Thank you for your report concerning potholes on the M4 between junctions 14 and 15. We’re aware of the condition of the road in this area. Our Road Inspector attend the area daily and logs any safety-critical issues for 24-hour repair when necessary. We will continue to monitor this and will arrange any work if the situation changes. • This problem has worsened considerably. IIt is now 3 giant potholes. I hit these in my Mini at 1.28am this morning. Burst front offside tyre and broke suspension strut. Stranded for 2 hours on hard shoulder. Was grateful I wasn't on my motorbike.

• Just hit this in our motorhone it is an accident waiting to happen and hopefully not the same result as a similar one on the M5 near falfield that a horse box hit a few years back causing it to loss control and cross carriageways and causing a fatality on the opposite side and mway shut for over a day. This needs sorting urgently as looks like first reported nearly a month ago !

• Terrible pothole near side lane westbound. Can’t believe nothing has been done - surprised (and still not certain) I don’t have a puncture or broken wheel. Jus5 listening to recorded message whilst waiting that “safety is very important to us” - evidently not!!!
