Roundabout road surface damaged

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3542092.

The roundabout at the end of the off slip for A14 West has a large split running around the roundabout causing a risk to motorcyclists and car users. What3words - ///padding.yell.surnames

The roundabout at the start of the on slip for the A14 East has a similar defect. What3words - ///times.infects.fetching

I wish to log both locations. This has been a risk for a few weeks now
