Obscured vision at garage exit

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation (grass/hedges/trees) (NH) category anonymously at 11:58, Friday 20 May 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

Unable to see clearly when exiting the garage. Vegetation and garage signs obscure vision and dip in road. On Wed 18th May I had to creep forward into the highway to try to see to head north. When part way out I spotted a lorry but couldn't reverse back due to another exiting car too close behind so I was trapped. Fortunately the lorry had no oncoming traffic so was able to slightly move to the right to avoid me.
