Lane one North bound lane, section of the expansion joint (road level piece) is missing.

The road M3 / A31 area between Eastleigh and Winchester is reduced to one lane AND NOTHING IS being done. The traffic is an absolute disgrace, backed up for miles! even at 8:30pm! Being reduced to 1 lane with no one doing a damn thing? If there is an issue there, these works should be carried out within 24 hours! What a total disgrace and embarrassment. I’m 42 years old and never felt compelled to complain about this kind of thing before but wow, just wow! The country is on it’s knees with fuel at £2 a litre, utilities through the roof and we’re sat in traffic for no reason. Someone needs to sort this out, and now!
