Traffic building up and blocking roundabout exits

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3524431.

Maybe the Traffic lights aren’t signalling properly. Took an hour and half to move from a58 to m62 on the roundabout. Cars are so grid locked nobody can move
