Motorway Sign giving confusing information

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3524174.

A warning sign regarding the Dartford Tunnel stated the "North' Tunnel had a height limit of 4.8 Metres. As the tunnels are designated East and West I think the information should state which tunnel it is, as there is no North Tunnel. they both go in a northerly direction. Thanks
