Sent to National Highways less than a minute later
The traffic lights on Tinsley roundabout taking you off of the M1 northbound at junction 34 are out of sync meaning that the traffic cannot get onto the roundabout when on green due to traffic already being stopped on the roundabout by a red light once they’ve come through from the previous roundabout junction. This means they are blocking the traffic coming off of the motorway and around 1 car per green light is able to get onto the roundabout. This is causing queues down the motorway, shepcote lane and tinsley viaduct of around 1 hour!
Traffic lights out of sequence causing major issues on M1 and Tinsley roundabout.
