Loose Fence panel on A46 behind Park View Equestrian Centre (LE7 7JA) directly above the underpass/bridleway

Fence panel loose and in danger of being dislodged. It is flapping and banging as the traffic passes and scaring the horses and dogs on the bridleway below.
