Undulating road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3508792.

Given the amount time, disruption and money spent on upgrading the M27 the surface of the inside lane is appalling when driving west from junction 9. When towing it is barely possible to maintain the 40 mph minimum speed for motorways due to the undulating surface

Why smart bloody motorway signs not up saying whiteley junction 9 is closed wtf is this its not 1-2-3 its been many time i have this stupiid fucking issues enough is enough i cant hold myself not to be rude… if you put road sign In fareham we can go through there to home whiteley but instead i drive all the way from Chichester coming home seeing whiteley closed and diverting me to birsledon all the way Southamptn way whyyyy…….. its been many time i raise complaints….. who the fuck looks after this stupid things…. I m not god damn hiding myself i have enough spending my fuel and my time from sleep i do not respect…. Do ur job properly put the ducking road sign on so we know its closed my name is hasan turgay hasan1rider@icloud.com i will take this further enough is enough
