These traffic lights for a pedestrian crossing are constantly turning red every 10 seconds to allow non existing pedestrians to cross. This has been going on all day

This is still happening, and has been going on since Thursday. Nobody is there to cross the road and nobody has pressed the button. The lights are constantly changing to red every 10 seconds or so. (Sunday afternoon, 8th May)

Traffic lights still cycling on pelican crossing without anyone on it, has been like this since before weekend, causing traffic tailbacks and a danger to pedestrians using the crossing

These are still an issue and causing tail backs in all directions,while crossing tonight to walk the dog I noticed a button has been forced in and is stuck,maybe causing the fault,feel free to check for many frustrated drivers who are choosing to ignore only a matter of time before an accident

Still constantly changing on Monday 9th may.etting 1-2 cars through then changing. Will cause accidents.
