Loose, noisy manhole cover

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3505042.

A hole cover on the northbound carriageway of the A5, approx. 60 mtrs from the Longshoot junction, outside 34 , Watling street has become loose and noisy. It's becoming worse day by day
