Give Way sign blocked and unclear

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3504848.

The give way sign at the end of Delph Lane where it meets Mill Lane is on the left hand side. The sign is covered with over grown shrubbery. This is also a hazard at night night as there is no road lighting and the sign is not visible enough before the T Junction.
