Sign shows lane closure

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3503033.

Signs show lane closure when there are no works being carried out and no debris in the carriageway causing major travel disruption as it was closed to a single lane from circa 5am to past 7am and there was no reason for the closure
