Bad road surface condition on Sundridge hill over the M2

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3499838.

Surface is lumpy and uneven and breaking up and has been like this for a few years now

It has been repaired, sort of, it's not as bad as it was, but it still isn't right! Should be done again in my opinion
