Poor road signage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3492941.

TRAVELING SOUTH FROM GREAT YARMOUTH HEADING FOR THE MIDLANDS ON A47 NORWICH RING ROAD I MISSED THE MERGE ON TO THE A11 . ONLY ONE SIGN ACTUALLY ON THE SLIP ROAD ONTO THE A11 ABOUT 600 MM OFF THE GROUND AND BLOCKED BY VEHICLES. THE SIGN IS AT THE MERGE WITH THE A11 AND YOU HAVE NO CHANCE OF MERGING IF YOU ARE IN THE OUTSIDE LANE OF THE A47 AS I WAS. NO ADVANCE SIGNAGE TO INDICATE THE MERGE. i TOOK THE NEXT LEFT B1108 AND MANGED TO JOIN THE A11 AT WYMONDHAM AN EXTRA 10 MILES ON MY JOURNEY. THIS IS THE MAIN ROAD TO THE MIDLANDS USED BY THOUSANDS OF CARS PER DAY
