Fencing down, kids playing on roadside of M11

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3489900.

There is a foot tunnel in the park here that has broken down fencing and yesterday when I walked through kids were up sitting on the ledge with cars whizzing past their backs. You can literally walk straight onto the Motorway from the park. Its an accident waiting to happen.
