The 30mph signs as you enter winterbourne abbas on either side of the road are lying on the verge (east bound carriageway) and the ditch (west bound carriage), also the ditch/verge in this location has been disturbed in several places by large vehicles going up onto/into the ditch, if the ditch has become blocked by debris then the road is liable to flood which it occasionally does
