Deep Pot Hole Lanes 3 and 4

This pothole is on the M25 just before the penultimate gantry for J8, along the line markings between lanes 3 and 4.

I was involved in recent incident resulting in a burst tyre on the M25 between junction 7 and 8 on Friday 3rd June 9:20am. I have sufficient evidence of the multiple pot holes in this area of which caused my tyre to burst. The incident occurred when I changed lanes from Lane 4 to 3 resulting in a drastic pull over onto the hard shoulder from lane 3. There are multiple potholes in this area, in the centre of lane 3 and between lane 3 and 4. I do not believe that I should be liable to pay for the repare of this as I do not believe that this incident should have been able to occur on a motorway.
