Lights stay on red far too long recently

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3477433.

I have noticed the 2nd set of traffic lights after coming off the southbound M3 towards Basingstoke that the lights here stay on red far too long. Looks like the timings have been changed or are faulty.

Thank you for your report concerning the 2nd set of traffic lights, coming off the southbound M3 towards Basingstoke that appear to stay on red far too long.

Our Technology Team are currently investigating the issue.

At present, I'm unable to provide a better timescale on this however I'd like to assure you that the area is being continually monitored. Should any repairs be required, these will be implemented in a timely manner.

This is still an issue. You can be sat on a red light and see that no traffic is flowing through?

06/02/25 There is another issue with the north bound lights now. Since the beginning of the week the timing has been changed which has led to dangerously queueing traffic onto the motorway lane 1. Northbound have 10 seconds of green and southbound have 25 seconds which is not enough for the weight of traffic. Please can this be looked at urgently.
