Brook street roundabout Exit for A12 towards Chelmsford

The road markings throughout the entire Brook Street roundabout are non-existant. This is dangerous, i witness and am involved in near miss accidents every single day. Exceptionally dangerous is the exit onto the A12 where two lanes of traffic merge into one. This merge happens over a very short distance and there is no signage or road markings making vehicle aware they need to merge into one lane. Again every time i exit at this junction i see cars nearly collide or near run into the barrier due to them not being aware of the need to merge so quickly. Please rectify this asap before someone is seriously harmed or killed.

We are aware of the the road markings needing repainting. A repair is planned, and the works on the A12 North Bound from Junction 11 to Junction 14 is planned for construction and should be start no later than July 2022.
