M5 lighting what's going on?

Various issues with the street lighting I ask if you can clear on

1) The central barrier road works currently in place between J6-7 have had the lantern units removed, will this stretch be relit once completed as it was before? (Continuous from J8-6)

2) Why for the past 3 years further south on the M5 between J7-8 has there been a few miles of lighting units remaining permanently unlit yet the units remain in place? What is the situation with lighting on these stretches please?
