Traffic Lights Out of Sync

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3472265.

The traffic lights on the Jct34 slip road / South end of Tinsley Viaduct roundabout seem to be out of sync, causing traffic to back up on all roads entering the roundabout. The issue seems to have been happening for at least the last three weeks.
