Double yellow lines in layby are totally ignored

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3466509.

Double yellow lines in layby are totally ignored cars vans lorries pull up ther on tac /breaks etc and block access to peoples houses mainly daytime but also at night possible could put up signs about double yellows there is one sign on a post under a tree about 6 by 3 inches which is no detterent at all
