Sent to National Highways less than a minute later
Several potholes at the entrance to Gailey Lea Lane from the A5. Cars turning into the lane from the M6 direction brake to avoid hitting the potholes, this causes cars following on the A5 to swerve to avoid the stationary vehicle.
This junction is getting progressively unsafe. The potholes immediately adjacent to A5 are causing chaos to 2 and 4 wheel vehicles entering and egressing the lane,on what is already a far too narrow junction considering the car and commercial vehicle use. Why this was not repaired when this section of the A5 was closed and re surfaced shows a typical government agency lack of efficiency. The situation is exacerbated by long grass on the A5 verges causing vehicles to encroach onto the busy A road to obtain clear vision. An accident waiting to happen.
