Aggressive pothole, M25, anti-clockwise, left hand lane, left hand side of the lane, as you approach the bridge carrying the A24.

There is a step ladder the 3rd lane East bound shortly after the Cobham services. We just joined the motorway after the services and a little bit further on eastbound is the ladder.
