Around 5 or 6 street lights are out on the Mill Rd Roundabout

I've been reporting the large amount of lights that aren't working on the Mill Rd roundabout for a few years now and the problem still hasn't been resolved. It is extremely dark on this roundabout and just waiting for an accident to happen. I've gone through the street light team at Brighton and Hove Council but still the lights continue to be out...
