  • The temp traffic lights on junction 6 (Horwich, Chorley) are coming on too late which means traffic is backed up and dangerous on the motorway. These lights need to be activated at around 4pm every evening not 5:55pm when the traffic has already backed up. This has been done before and it really helps the situation.
