Dead tree likely to fall on road

200m west of canal on north side road, a dead tree has seemingly been blown 2/3rds down and is overhanging the road at a 30 degree angle. It seems to be resting only on one lateral branch, and so it is possible it could collapse on the road at any time, causing accident and maybe even death.
