Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3431263.

Fences blown down between Exeter racecourse and A38 during storm Eunice. Reported to Highways, but they've passed on to you.

    Although the A38 is National Highways Property the fence in this location belongs to the land owner in this instance.
