Lots of litter

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3417562.

From junction 22 to junction 23 at Ashton the amount of litter and general debris at the side of the road and the grass areas needs clearing. I’m now beginning to name some of the black rubbish bags they have been there so long. There are large pieces of plastic , bits of children’s play tunnels and odd shoes etc all long this stretch . It is blocking the drain covers at the side of the road surely this forms a potential hazard on a part of the motorway that can flood in heavy rain.
