Smart motorway signs incorrect

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3416356.

Warning of queue after junction, followed by derestricted sign, followed very shortly by a standstill traffic. Following signs were blank. Very dangerous to have this series of signs going into heavy congestion as traffic sped up and had to abruptly stop.
