Multiple potholes in anti skid surfacing on clockwise entry slip road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3405572.

The road surface is peppered with potholes. Lots of tyre debris to the side of the road indicates that several drivers have not been lucky and seen them in time. Badly deteriorated road surface.
