Access footpaths to footbridge crossing A38 Plymouth Parkway west of Manadon junction

Reported via desktop in the Pavement/footpath/cycleway/bridleway issue (NH) category anonymously at 13:27, Mon 21 March 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3404827.

This has been reported to Plymouth City Council who responded that the access paths are the responsibility of Highways England. You responded to my previous report that Plymouth CC are responsible and they say they are not. H E are rebuilding a similar foot bridge a mile or so west of this one so I believe it to be the responsibility of H E. Please take action to remedy a dangerous path or forward this message without delay to those who are.
