Damage to railing over a 16ft drop still not corrected Despite numerous reports to self and portsmouth City Council. This is highways England responsibility. And I was assure it would be fixed.

The footbridge that runs over hillsley road to Falmouth road across the m27 (north to south) between j12 Portsmouth and junction 11 fareham. The bridge has several lights not working on the Falmouth side. The bridge is covered in graffiti with ‘jump here spray painted on the floor’ My local councillor says it’s a highways England job not pcc. I have asked for lighting to be installed on the foot sloop Falmouth road side as it’s pitch black in the dark, the slope is to far from the street lights for them to provide any lighting. I got told it was a highways England bridge and pcc couldn’t do anything, Please fix this and arrange for the bridge to be cleaned of graffiti.
