Variable sign message the same for past month

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3399847.

The variable message sign between jct 1 and jct3 of M60 CW appears to report of ‘strong winds today’, it has been like that since middle of February, just thought to let you know in case it has been forgotten

The marking on the post is 9018A
