Large pothole at the end of the slip road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3394118.

Following many months of roadworks at this location, there is now pothole at a very busy junction - A12 off slip to Boreham. The pothole has doubled in size in less than a week due to the amount of traffic (much of it heavy goods vehicles) This is less than 2 weeks since your employees left the site having "improved the junction!" Your post work surveyors obviously missed this issue.
