A38 Road Closure

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3388614.

Your website said the road would be closed at 8pm. I arrived at 7.55 after a long journey (4 hours) to find the road already closed with an additional 30 minute detour toward Torquay. It is not acceptable to close the road earlier than advertised
