Deep gouge in road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3388423.

In the outside lane of the slip road to join the M62 eastbound the there is a deep gouge in the surface. The gouge is wide enough to for a car tyre to drop into and it ends suddenly with a step. This could cause tyre or wheel damage (and potentially an accident) as vehicles are likely to be travelling at speed when they hit it.
