  • Thank you for contacting National Highways about faulty traffic signals at Thickthorn Roundabout. I am replying as a team member responsible for the management of the A11.

    We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and can confirm that we will attend on 22 March to resolve the issue. We apologise that we’re unable to attend any sooner however, due to the height of one of the bulbs and to ensure the safety of our engineers, traffic management will have to be put in place whilst work is completed.
