When the temporary 50mph roadsigns were removed from the concrete central barrier the piles of dirt/ rubbish/deterious under the signs was left behind and are now growing weeds. Surely a person with a shovel could have removed the pile when the sign was being removed? This is the whole length of the motorway where the temporary speed restrictions were in place.
