Faulty variable speed camera

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3367565.

Variable speed camera flashing on road users going southbound although under or at speed limit, I've noticed it on other drivers and myself, using cruise control at the same speed towards cannock and only this camera flashing the entire run
