Large amounts of Litter on Highways Agency Land

Reported via desktop in the Litter (NH) category anonymously at 12:28, Tue 1 March 2022 ; (there is no pin shown as the user did not use the map)

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3353133.

There is large amounts of litter on the land to the side of Chigwell Road the A113 between the M11 flyover and entrance to Ashton Playing Fields. The land is over the side of the bridge on both sides. There is no access to this area. I have been advised this is the responsibility of the Highways agency. This was raised last year.
