Lights under m32 still not on

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3348752.

All lights under the M32 still not on this has been an ongoing issue and has been reported by tax payers many times. Please turn the lights back on or fix if there is a fault. This is a safety hazard!
