Left hand lane of A12 going towards Romford about a mile from M25

Reported via mobile in the Pothole (NH) category anonymously at 15:02, Sun 27 February 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3347892.

I see at least one previous report about thus horrendous pot hole actually it's more like a sink hole. You should immediately repair thus hole not monitor it. I hit this at night and thought I had struck something. I'm sure it's knocked my tracking out and weakened suspension. Make no mistake if you leave this hole any longer someone will be killed because of it. Fix it now!!!!!!!!!

Updates

  • Travelled along this A12 inside Lane towards Brentwood from Essex on Thursday24/2/22. The pothole is deep and would easily throw a motorcyclist off their bike. Don’t think my tyre was damaged but it really jolted the car when I accidentally went over it. Please fix ASAP before someone gets hurt.
