Inadequate signage

Reported via desktop in the Road markings (NH) category anonymously at 12:48, Sun 27 February 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3347600.

There needs to be advance signage (road markings and post mounted signs) on the A5148 southbound that vehicles heading for the A5 westbound should get into the outside (right hand) lane. This would avoid vehicles manoeuvring at the final approach to the Wall Island or on the roundabout itself.
